Somehow, we woke up this morning and our calendars say “November” across the top of them. Despite the fact that the year seems to be flying by as fast as ever, our editors have still found plenty of time to test out new beauty products. While last month’s finds were pretty great, we have to admit: this month’s latest launches might be even better.

As temperatures continue to dip, we’ve been stocking up on hydrating body care, anti-aging must-haves to keep skin firm, and makeup products to help us transition seamlessly between seasons.

We spritzed, sniffed, swatched, slathered, and sampled hundreds of products and are excited to share our favorites. Whether you’re refreshing your skin-care routine for the colder months, searching for makeup that’ll keep you “merry” all season long, or just getting a head start on holiday shopping, we’ve got you covered. Keep reading to discover the best new launches in makeup, skin care, body care, hair care, and fragrance that have officially earned a spot on our beauty counters.

I can’t wait to wear it on my next date night.” — Naomi Parris, assistant shopping editor

highbrowhippie.comBest Hair MaskHighbrow Hippie Vitality Mask ($68)

“OK — full disclosure, I test a lot of hair masks, and I’m rarely impressed. Recently, I attended an event where I got to test out the Highbrow Hippie Vitality Mask, and to say I was blown away is an understatement. My hair has been through it this summer — it’s dry, damaged, and kinda feels like straw on the ends — but this hair mask changed all of that immediately. It’s become my go-to product every single time I wash my hair, and I use it in place of my regular conditioner. Say hello to silkiness.” — Renee Rodriguez, senior staff writer and social producer

amazon.comBest Laundry DetergentThe Laundress Fresh Take Luxury Laundry Detergent ($23)

“I’m a sucker for fancy laundry detergent. I dislike the chore, but using an elevated product like The Laundress Fresh Take Laundry Detergent makes it feel a bit more special. It’s a little luxury. I’ve yet to find a scent from the brand that I don’t love, but Fresk Take in particular is a bright citrus that makes my clothes smell heavenly. It has notes of bergamot, petitgrain, fig, wild peppercorn, cedarwood, and musk. The other new scents include Flora Luna ($23) and Soft Focus ($23).” — Jessica Harrington, beauty section lead
