What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?
My ability to play any position across the offensive line makes me a versatile and easily adaptable player. I have the technique, effort, and strength required to be successful at the professional level, and I have an athletic edge on the other draft prospects.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
NFL teams should know that I bring value to their teams on a mental and physical level. I am determined to reach my goals, and will do everything in my power to achieve them. This includes studying my playbook, analyzing film, and learning from veterans as well as being coachable on and off the field.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
Coming from a very family-oriented household, I believe that the welfare and safety of kids is paramount for the future of our societies worldwide. For this reason, I would donate to UNICEF to ensure proper nutrition, education, and safety for children worldwide.
Who was your role model?
Quenton Nelson has always been a role model for me, as he exemplifies the attributes of a leader and is an excellent practitioner at the offensive line position.
Who is your favorite NFL team?
My favorite NFL team is The Seattle Seahawks
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
I would say my most underrated teammate at UBC is Jason Soriano, a DB/WR who plays both ways and has not gotten enough recognition for it.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve is when someone does not respect others’ time by being late to meetings and scheduled events.
Who is your favorite teacher ever?
I would consider my coaches teachers of the game of football, which has taught me more valuable information than any class ever has. For this reason, my best teacher ever is the late Coach Dan Dorazio, who elevated my skills and understanding of football to a level I never imagined was possible. Alongside this, I learned many valuable life lessons that I will carry with me for my entire life.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
Last summer I lost my childhood best friend in a motor vehicle accident, which put me in a position which I have never been in my life. Losing someone at a young age has put into perspective how short life is, and has been driving me to reach my dream of playing professional football. After hearing news of his passing, I felt like my life was put on pause, and that nothing good would ever come of it again. I had never been met with news that felt so final, and I was helpless in my depression. The only thing that allowed me to begin to overcome this was my family and friends, who I will always be grateful for as my biggest support system.
If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?
Shake Shack
What is your favorite snack food?
Any type of fruit
What is your degree in?
Civil Engineering
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Barack Obama, so that I could learn good leadership traits and how to make decisions with authority as well as consideration for people who may be affected.
Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, to discuss what it takes to be an elite offensive lineman at the pro level while managing a career in STEM, as well as life lessons and opportunities that are provided through football.
Anthony Bourdain, to talk about the importance of exploring different countries and cultures through their cuisine, which would help broaden my perspective on the world and encourage me to travel whenever I can.
What is your biggest weakness?
I would say that my biggest weakness is that I am very compassionate at times, to the point that I do not know how to say no to someone or deny a request when it may suit me better to do so. I have learned throughout my life that I cannot always make everyone happy, and must know how to compromise in difficult situations
