95 Iconic Celebrity Halloween Costumes That Will Stand the Test of Time

The best celebrity Halloween costumes of all time run the gamut in terms of style, subject, and execution. Some of the greatest ones are fresh takes on classic characters, like when Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum went as Rosemary and her baby in 2023.
