If Jim Harbaugh secures Roman, it’s going to be a big win for the Chargers because the 51-year-old is an offensive genius with over two decades of OC experience. The best part? Harbaugh has a long-term experience working together with him who served alongside him as the associate HC at Stanford from 2009-10 and OC at San Francisco 49ers from 2011-14. While his official position isn’t clear yet, his presence is likely to give Jim Harbaugh what’s needed to exceed his brother who beat him in their last Super Bowl meeting in 2012.
