Tekken 8 Patch 1.01.04 tweaks certain characters to keep roster balanced

Bandai Namco has released Patch 1.01.04 for Tekken 8 which includes bug fixes and some balancing adjustments.
Certain moves of Jun Kazama and Dragunov have been altered to keep the roster balanced.
The patch update also fixes an issue with the Special Style control method in Tekken 8.
Bandai Namco revealed that legacy character Eddy Gordo is all set to make an appearance in Tekken 8 as a DLC character. The studio also talked about some future plans including upcoming updates which will make the game more balanced and fair.
Tekken 8 recently released Patch 1.01.04 which includes fixes for several bugs and balance adjustments for characters like Jun and Reina. Certain moves have also been altered to make it fair in the battleground. The Special Style control method consisted of a delay which has now been fixed.

Ghost data from previous versions remain available, but character behavior and moves will be updated with the balance changes brought by the patch.

The most notable changes included in Patch 1.01.04 are the character adjustments for Jun Kazama and Dragunov. For Jun, the recovery time for a certain move has been increased while the reaction for another move is now different to prevent unintended follow up attacks. Three of Dragunov’s moves have been altered, preventing a high damage combo and making his Sneak easier to defend against.
Tekken 8 turned out to be a fan favorite. It surpassed 50,000 players on Steam immediately after launch. There’s a ton of new content coming up soon. However, the developers plan to put out consistent updates to improve the game, fix persistent bugs, and keep the roster balanced. So make sure to watch out for more patch updates!
