College basketball changed when the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals came into force in July 2021. Since then college athletes have gotten a chance to make money off their brand. Some of them are earning as much as a professional athlete would rake. But Bronny is losing the dear due to his forgettable freshman season.

James Jr.’s NIL was $5.8 million, which has now come down to mere $5 million. His rank may be intact, but his worth now matches football star Shedeur Sanders’ $4.7 million NIL. The third on the list is the famous gymnast Livvy Dunne with $3.5 million worth.

And again a dropThe NIL drop is nothing new to Bron’s big boy. He had earlier experienced a fall in his NIL value when his valuation dipped from $7.2 million to $5.9 million. The speculated reason for that was his cardiac arrest that had sent shockwaves around.

The current drop as per speculations could have been due to his poor performances in the NCAA circuit. Playing 22 games for the Trojans, Bronny just averaged a paltry 4.8 points per game. He also averages 2.7 rebounds per contest and 2.4 assists per contest. Trojans too had a hard season with an abysmal 13-17 tally. With that they occupied the 11th position in the Pac-12 conference.
