Chelsea hero embarrasses himself with hilarious effort on punch machine challenge
Chelsea icon Frank Sinclair came off second best when he ended up on the floor after tussling a punching machine.
Celebrating Mother’s Day, Sinclair took his dear mum to Blackpool for a day out by the seaside.

It should have been no match for Sinclair, renowned for his hard tackling as an old-school defender with spells at Chelsea, Leicester and Burnley.
But the 57-year-old ended up on the deck after slipping when he threw his punch.
A video of the moment was captured as someone behind the camera could not help but crease with laughter.

The video caption read: “Blackpool hasn’t quite gone to plan, but happy Mother’s Day all you knock out mums doing your thing.”
Among those replying including two former Chelsea players, Paul Canoville and Carlton Cole.
Canoville replied: “To [sic] much power Frank – a knockout” and Cole added some laughing emojis.

In 1998, the defender was sold to Leicester for £2million where he would play for six years – making 194 appearances in all competitions.
After that he had three years with Burnley before a series of stints at clubs including Lincoln, Wrexham, Hendon, Colwyn Bay and Brackley Town.
