IRONMAN World Championship 2024: Pro qualifiers so far
The IRONMAN World Championship is the event every elite triathlete wants to win, but first they have to make sure they are among the qualifiers.
Historically held in Kailua-Kona, on the west coast of Hawaii Island (‘The Big Island’), the race brings together the very best long-distance triathletes on the planet to compete for the coveted title.
In 2023, the men and women’s races were split between two venues, with Lucy Charles-Barclay winning in Kona and Sam Laidlow taking the title in Nice, France. This year, the men will race in Kona with the women competing in Nice.
