Do you need help playing against Kayle in League of Legends? Don’t worry—here are the best champions to help you climb the LoL ladder.

There are many League of Legends champions that scale well into the late-game, but Kayle is arguably the strongest if left alone to farm up. Kayle is a late-game machine that can one-shot an entire team within a few auto attacks. Her range becomes unbearable and if you do not deal with her early, you are in trouble in 20 minutes. So the question is, how do you stop Kayle early? This article will explore the three best Kayle counters in League of Legends right now.

Best Kayle Counters in LoL
Nasus
Nasus has one of the best win rates against Kayle in League of Legends right now. The AP Bruiser is much stronger in the early game than Kayle is, so if you are playing Nasus you have to make sure you are going for early trades because once Kayle reaches level six it is much harder for Nasus to kill Kayle. That being said, Nasus also scales extremely well in the late game and can match Kayle’s damage output if Nasus can farm enough stacks. Even though Kayle is a demon in the side lane, Nasus can take turrets at will, especially if he has hit ultimate up. Nasus’s Q does a lot of damage to turrets and can take down structures much quicker than Kayle can.

Gragas
Gragas is an amazing champion to play into Kayle in League of Legends because of the early-game pressure he can apply. Before her range comes into play post-level six, Gragas is easily winning this lane because Kayle cannot live with the poke and damage Gragas brings to this lane. To win early on, keep using your Q whenever it is up, she will not only be slowed but chunked considerably as well. She will be forced to use her heal which will drain her mana. Once she does use her ultimate, you can use yours to push her away, or simply dash away if you have the space to do so.

Warwick
Warwick is the last but certainly not least counter to Kayle in League of Legends right now. Like with the other champions on this list, Warwick can bully Kayle early on, and getting a kill or two would set her back tremendously. Warwick’s passive movement speed should allow him to dodge in and out when going for trades with Kayle. Although Kayle think she may have the advantage having the lane pushed, this works onto to your advantage. Warwick can chase down champions with ease and if a fight breaks out in the river he can be the first to respond even if Kayle shows up. If a player is low health, Warwick can sniff that out and chase them down and would be able to get to the fight a lot quicker than Kayle. Once Kayle has her ultimate, try and bait it out by using your ultimate, Warwick’s ultimate will lock her in place, and with a jungler near by she is guaranteed to die.

K’Sante is easily the worst champion to play into Kayle in League of Legends. Kayle has the range advantage at all stages of the game and simply has to wait for her levels before taking over the game. K’Sante does have some kill pressure in the first couple of levels, so that is the only time you should be looking to avoid trading with him up close. Once both of you have level six, Kayle has the advantage in this lane. You can use Kayle’s ultimate to cancel out his, so keep an eye on when he is trying to walk very close to you, as he will likely be looking to use his ultimate.
