UFC Vegas 92 bonuses: Angela Hill cashes extra $50K for first career submission

Angela Hill’s first career submission came with an added bonus.

Hill, a 25-fight UFC veteran, cashed an extra $50,000 for her second-round guillotine choke victory over Luana Pinheiro at UFC Vegas 92, claiming Performance of the Night honors for the first submission win of her professional MMA career. Hill’s bonus-winning outing opened the main card for UFC Vegas 92 and put her on a 4-1 run over her past five UFC bouts.

In addition to Hill, three other fighters earned $50,000 bonuses for their work at UFC Vegas 92.

Welterweight co-headliner Khaos Williams claimed the other Performance of the Night bonus for his 90-second knockout of Carlston Harris, while featherweight headliners Lerone Murphy and Edson Barboza cashed Fight of the Night bonuses for their five-round battle, which Murphy won via unanimous decision to preserve his undefeated MMA record.

UFC Vegas 92 took place May 18 at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas.
