Lizzo‘s “worst fear” has come true after she was referenced in a recent episode of South Park.

After the episode titled “The End Of Obesity” aired on Friday (May 24), the “About Damn Time” singer blindly reacted to it on TikTok. In the special dedicated to spotlighting the influx of Ozempic users, she is considered to be an alternative, allowing “Lizzo” users to embrace their weight — just like the body-positive singer.

In her reaction, Lizzo stated, “I’m so scared,” before playing the episode. The clip begins with a conversation between Sharon and Sheila, the moms of main characters Stan and Kyle.

Sharon expressed how she didn’t have much willpower to be active like her husband, Randy, but insurance wouldn’t pay for her Ozempic because she doesn’t have diabetes. So, as an affordable alternative to Ozempic and Mounjaro, she’s now on “Lizzo.”

“I controlled all my cravings to be thinner with ‘Lizzo.’ I’ve lowered my standards and my expectations,” said Sharon as real-life Lizzo dropped her jaw and covered her mouth.

A parody commercial of the diet supplement starts as the narrator explains how “Lizzo” costs “90 percent less than Ozempic” and “in a case study, 70 percent of ‘Lizzo’ users no longer care about their weight.”

Sharon then quipped, “I don’t give two s**ts.”

The ad continued, noting, “‘Lizzo’ helps you eat whatever you want and keep physical activity to a minimum.”

At one point, the ad cuts to someone listening to Lizzo’s latest album, Special, and the artist declared, “Not the f**king album!”

Sharon ends the commercial stating, “Ask about the power of not giving a f**k with ‘Lizzo.’”

The singer snaps and said, “Period,” before saying, “That’s crazy. I just feel like damn, I’m really that b***h.”

The Grammy winner continued, “I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these men in Colorado [South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone] know who the f**k I am, and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years. I’m really that b***h and I show y’all how to not give a f**k and I’m gonna keep on showing you how to not give a f**k.”

The Yitty founder wrapped up her TikTok reaction by giving the “Lizzo” diet suppressor its own jingle to the tune of the infamous O’Reilly Auto Parts one. “O-o-oooo Lizzoooo b***h,” she joked.

South Park: The End of Obesity is now streaming on Paramount+.
