CM Punk has been out of wrestling for quite some time now because of his injury that first emerged after his Royal Rumble return. Several hours ago, Deadline exclusively reported that CM Punk has signed with the Paradigm Talent Agency. This is the same company that has multiple actors, actresses, and songwriters as clients. Now, CM Punk has also signed with Paradigm, potentially to launch his career in Hollywood.
Punk posted a screenshot of the Deadline article on his Instagram timeline and wrote in the caption, “Always wanted one of these and my wife says I look hot.” WWE legend Dave Bautista also seems to agree with his former colleague’s decision, as he commented, “🙌“. Without saying a word, Batista showed his appreciation for the big step that CM Punk has taken.

There’s a possibility that Punk might have signed with Paradigm to get more recognition as a writer, as he used to write for Marvel comics several years ago. In that case, Batista’s comment shows genuine support for the ex-co-star. It might also be pointing towards a potential project they could do together. Whatever route Punk decides to take, he won’t be the only WWE superstar taking that route.
