T-Boz of TLC has shared a message for her fans after news surfaced that she was recently hospitalized.

T-Boz Speaks Out After News Of Her Medical Emergency
As The Shade Room previously reported, last week, TLC’s official Instagram account posted a lengthy message alerting fans that the group would not be able to perform at their upcoming shows in Syracuse, New York, and Foxwoods, Connecticut. Additionally, the message revealed that T-Boz had “experienced sudden and severe nausea, vomiting, and intense abdominal cramps.”
Upon being taken to a hospital, T-Boz was reportedly diagnosed with a “severe abdominal blockage.” At the time, the message asserted that the singer needed to stay in the hospital for a CT scan.
Earlier this week, T-Boz returned to social media with her own message to fans. On Sunday, August 25, the singer took to Instagram to repost the lengthy message and add:
“I’m on The Mend!!! This Was Just One Of Those Unexpected Things That I Had No Control Over!” she wrote.
The singer explained that she is looking forward to “making it up” to her fans.
“And Hopefully I’ll Get Out Of The Hospital Soon!!! As Soon As Tomorrow If All Goes Well!!!” she added. “Thank You For Understanding… Blessings Always T❤️…”
Social Media Continues To Send Prayers
As of Tuesday, August 27, it remains unclear whether T-Boz has been discharged from the hospital. However, TLC’s official website indicates that she and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas will be heading to Highland Park, Illinois, for an upcoming show on August 31. Furthermore, the website indicates that the group will remain on the road at least until October 3.
Meanwhile, fans have flooded T-Boz’s comment section to send their prayers as she recovers.

Before T-Boz’s recent hospitalization, the singer made headlines in March 2023. At the time, the 54-year-old candidly shared her thoughts on her groupmate Chilli’s romance with ‘Boy Meets World’ actor Matthew Lawrence, per The Shade Room.
“She is so happy. Take it from her sister. Trust me — I’ve never seen her like this,” T-Boz told PEOPLE.
At the time, Chilli also shared how it felt to have her “sister’s” approval.
