‘Raise wa Tanin ga Ii’ Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, Opening Theme, Second Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Asuka Konishi’s Raise wa Tanin ga Ii (Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii) manga revealed additional cast, staff, opening theme, and a second promotional video on Monday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 7 at 11:00 on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11 and AT-X.

Rock band THE ORAL CIGARETTES (Noragami Aragoto) is performing the opening theme “UNDER and OVER” which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Toshifumi Kawase (Tenjou Tenge) is helming the anime at Studio Deen. Rika Nakase (Oooku) is handling the series composition and script, and Itsuko Takeda (Black Clover) is designing the characters. Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Tokyo Revengers) and Masato Suzuki (Takunomi.) are composing the music.

Konishi began serializing the crime romance manga in Afternoon magazine in August 2017. Kodansha published the eighth volume in October 2023.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in February 2022. The eighth volume went on sale on September 3.
