Tom Aspinall gives his verdict on whether he could beat Ilia Topuria and Aleksandre Topuria in a two vs one MMA fight

Tom Aspinall has given a surprising breakdown of exactly how he believes a two vs one MMA fight would go down between him and Ilia Topuria and Aleksandre Topuria.

The British heavyweight has proven himself as one of the most terrifying competitors in the sport, but does he think he could overcome the challenge of two fearsome 145-pounders at the same time?

The Englishman has unleashed his dynamite hands on every competitor who’s dared set foot in the cage with him, and intends to do the same to Jon Jones should he ever have the chance to face off with the American inside the octagon.

However, while Aspinall is brimming with confidence, even he confesses that defeating two of the best featherweights on the planet might be a bridge too far.

In an intriguing interview, Jon-Bernard Kairouz of the Kairouz Bros YouTube channel, asked whether ‘The Honey Badger’ could win with a numbers disadvantage.

While athletically gifted, Aspinall has also excelled because of his innate sporting IQ. With that considered, he took a moment to think before asking his own question.

He replied: “Can the featherweights actually fight?”

When the interviewer confirmed that the match-up would be against Ilia Topuria and Aleksandre Topuria, the MMA star confessed: “They would absolutely smoke me. That wouldn’t go down well for me.”

However, if the heavyweight had the opportunity to go head-to-head with the Kairouz Brothers, he believes it would be a completely different story.

Aspinall laughed: “I reckon I’d do alright. I’d do well against you two. I’d knock you both out.”

As part of the content, the featherweight world champion asked his sibling whether he believes he could beat him in a fight, to which his 4-1 brother answered in the affirmative.
