Bahrain Turf Club selects TPD’s Horse Tracking Solution

Total Performance Data, the world’s leading horse racing live data provider, has announced today that the Bahrain Turf Club is a new client.

The Bahrain Turf Club has signed a multi-year deal to use TPD’s services beginning with the new season in the Kingdom of Bahrain in November 2024. This extends TPD’s content footprint in the fast-growing Middle Eastern horseracing scene where both Saudi Arabian racecourses and Meydan are already live.

TPD will produce live and post-race timing stats for every horse as well as live running order graphics for the big screen and all racecourse screens for the benefit of racegoers.

Bahrain Turf Club and TPD also announce plans to break new ground with data-driven marketing content throughout the Bahrain racing season. Leveraging TPD’s advanced performance metrics, the content will aim to engage both new and long-time fans, at the track and across social media.

The new season in Bahrain begins on Friday, November 1 and runs weekly through till April. There is a strong and competitive race programme with the highlights being the $1,000,000 Bahrain International Trophy (Group 2) on November 15, The Crown Prince’s Cup (Listed) in late January and The King’s Cup (Listed) in March. The Bahrain Turf Series will also return for its fourth year, and following the addition of two $100,000 handicaps, will be run for a total of $1,000,000.
