Saints vs. Chiefs Player Props: Saints continue losing streak on the road

The New Orleans started the season in dominant fashion with two critical wins over the Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys before losing the next two to the Philadelphia Eagles and the Atlanta Falcons. Now 2-2 and looking to right the ship, the Black and Gold go on the road to face the two-time defending Super Bowl champion, the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Saints will be looking to once again fight the injury bug as five players have been ruled out for Monday night, including Taysom Hill.

Let’s look at some player props to watch:

Alvin Kamara 60+ rushing yards (-146)
Kamara has had an incredible start to the season, leading the NFL in yards from scrimmage and tied for the league lead in touchdowns. He has continued to be a featured part of the offense regardless of opponent and that would certainly be the case on Monday. To add to it, Taysom Hill will miss Monday’s game with an injury he suffered against the Falcons last weekend, so the Saints will need a heavy dose of AK piling up yards in Arrowhead.

Chris Olave Over 59.5 receiving yards (-113)
Olave has been another major factor in the Saints’ offense after a quiet Week 1. He has settled in as Derek Carr’s top target and will continue to fill the void that Michael Thomas had for years in New Orleans. I would be shocked if he didn’t come up with a big catch or two in a primetime matchup against the Chiefs, so I’m looking for him to go over 59.5 receiving yards.
