Can you support the Reds climbing Kilimanjaro?

The great Bryan Robson is leading a team of 23 inspirational trekkers to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro this week, all in aid of Manchester United Foundation.

Captain Marvel’s group are taking on the tallest free-standing mountain in Africa, climbing an incredible 5,895m above sea level to raise vital funds.

Robbo and the team set off from Manchester Airport on Sunday afternoon and will spend the next seven days working their way to the top of Kilimanjaro.

They will travel through rainforest, moorland and highland desert before finally reaching the arctic zone at the summit – and they need your support.

The group have received over £59,000 in donations so far, with all money raised helping to fund the Foundation’s education and community outreach programmes.

If you can, please donate now via Just Giving and help to support underprivileged children in the Greater Manchester area. Every penny is appreciated.

“I happened to be at Old Trafford 13 years ago when Bryan and his fellow trekkers came onto the pitch at half time to be congratulated for their efforts.
