Former Los Angeles Lakers head coach and current Detroit Pistons assistant Luke Walton sold his old house.

According to TMZ, Walton sold his home in Manhattan Beach, California, for $10.3 million. He first purchased the property in 2017, one year after he was hired as the Lakers’ head coach.

Walton signed a five-year deal with Los Angeles worth roughly $6 million annually, via NBA insider Marc Stein.

The seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom house includes an in-home theater, fitness studio, sparkling pool and a spa (via TMZ). The home is 10,000 square feet.

Despite his success as an interim head coach of the Golden State Warriors, Walton’s tenure with the Lakers was underwhelming. Los Angeles finished with a record of 98-148 in his three years with the organization before he was fired at the end of the team’s 2018-19 campaign.

Walton was then hired as head coach of the Sacramento Kings, but he was let go by the Kings in his third season after starting the year with a 6-11 record.

He spent two years as an assistant with the Cleveland Cavaliers before joining the Pistons under new head coach J.B. Bickerstaff.

With Walton’s last coaching job in California squarely in the rearview mirror, he parted ways with his Manhattan Beach home for a hefty price.
