In response to Fridayâs filing, the court canceled a jury trial that had been scheduled for Dec. 9 and replaced it with a hearing on Jan. 28, 2025, to dismiss the case.
Lawyers for Scherzinger and Antin did not immediately respond to Page Sixâs requests for comment.

Antin sued Scherzinger in September 2021 for allegedly refusing to participate in the Pussycat Dollsâ first tour in a decade unless the frontwoman was given complete creative control and 75 percent of the profits.
Scherzingerâs attorney called the suit âmeritlessâ in January 2022, stating that the singer had simply asked to renegotiate her contract after the COVID-19 pandemic repeatedly delayed the concerts, which intended to promote the groupâs comeback single, âReact.â
That same month, Scherzinger announced the tour had been scrapped altogether â much to the surprise of her âincredibly disappointedâ bandmates Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta, who claimed to have found out the news via the âMasked Singerâ judgeâs Instagram post.

The drama came to a head in August 2022 when Scherzinger filed a cross-complaint against Antin, accusing the choreographer of mismanagement and misappropriating funds, which she denied.
However, the pop star â who is currently on Broadway in âSunset Boulevardâ â signaled in July that she was finally ready to move on.
âI love my Dolls. I love the Pussycat Dolls,â she told the Daily Mail when asked about the likelihood of another reunion. âSo, I always say never say never.â
