Nate Diaz cracks up at viral video of Mike Tyson admitting he mistook Hasbulla for a baby

Former UFC superstar Nate Diaz loved Mike Tyson’s viral story about his first interactions with social media sensation Hasbulla.

Nate Diaz is plotting his fighting comeback, potentially in the UFC Octagon, after earning his first professional boxing win earlier this year. He defeated former UFC 244 foe Jorge Masvidal by majority decision in a rematch of their BMF title clash.

As Diaz ponders his next move, he remains active on social media and remains one of the top brands amongst UFC fans. He keeps tabs on the latest storylines in mixed martial arts and boxing, including Tyson’s upcoming fight with Jake Paul.

Ahead of his boxing comeback, Tyson detailed a hilarious first encounter with Hasbulla, who rose to social media prominence in 2021. In an impromptu meetup in his podcast studio, Tyson mistook Hasbulla, who suffers from Dwarfism, as a child. Hasbulla is 26 years old.

Diaz is a longtime fan of Tyson, stemming back to the heavyweight boxing great’s destructive run in the ring. He also supported Tyson amidst a feud with Hulu over allegedly stealing the rights to his life story in a mini-series.

The 58-year-old Tyson will make his unprecedented return to the ring against Paul on November 15th in Dallas. It’s his first professional boxing match since a loss to Kevin McBride in 2005.

Diaz lost to Paul in his professional boxing debut last year by decision. It’s uncertain if Diaz will return to MMA, boxing, or another combat sports discipline after the Masvidal fight.

Diaz is one of the biggest superstars in UFC history after a slew of memories inside the Octagon. His short-notice win over McGregor at UFC 196 is considered one of the sport’s all-time upsets.

Diaz has plenty of options for the next chapter of his combat sports career. As for Tyson, he likely won’t make the same mistake in his fight with Paul as he made when he first met Hasbulla.
