There are a ton of different Dyson vacuum (and even hair tool) models and qualifiers that follow their names such as “Absolute,” “Plus,” “Animal,” and “Extra.” If you get tripped up on these words, that’s understandable. These naming conventions almost always have to do with the attachments that are included. Anything with “Absolute” following it usually includes the highest number of attachments, while a “Plus” comes with a smaller number. The attachments can be useful if you’re trying to clean a variety of spaces, like in a house (that crevice tool, for instance, gets into tough nooks and crannies, with the soft brush tool is excellent for dusting surfaces you don’t want to scratch). If you’re trying to clean a smaller, simpler space, having all those attachments on hand may not be necessary. “Slim” usually refers to the vacuum being lightweight. What is Dyson’s return policy?

Dyson products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, with shipping costs covered by the company.
