Well, so much for my Irish goodbye …
HOW. BOUT. THEM. EAGLES?
Personally, I would like to see our offense do better in the first half. However, the reintroduction of Murderball makes my small blackened heart happy.
The Eagles faced the Refs Rams this past Sunday and hot damn the Rams were not ready. Saquon is probably still sitting at home with an oxygen tank after rushing for over 250 yards. Just an absolutely insane game by the future MVP of the league (fight me). Not to mention more total yards and scores than the Giants. I know it is played out at this point but, Thanks New York.
It wasn’t all Saquons and Quintanimos this game though. We lost BG for the season. Probably the last season at that. Keeping with tradition of losing a star player due to an injury suffered against the Rams, I am forced to conclude that we are bringing it home for him this year. I want nothing more than to see Graham hoist the Lombardi one more time.

Well there you have it folk. Despite the best efforts of both the Rams and the Refs, they were not able to overcome the ass-whooping that the Eagles had in store for them. I try not to include complaining about the refs (at least from us) but my gosh was the officiating atrocious in this game.
Next week we have the Ravens which, to be frank, scare me a little. It is a huge game for both teams and it is going to be a tense watch. But hey, this is one of the few times we can watch four all star running backs in one game.
