Below, we have horoscopes for each of the 12 zodiac signs with a unique tarot card pulled to predict the month ahead for every member of the zodiac. In December, the current cosmic energies invite us to reflect, recalibrate, and ground as we close out the year. The month begins with a new moon in adventurous Sagittarius on December 1, a powerful time to set expansive intentions and think big for your future. Swiftly after this, a Mars retrograde in fiery Leo begins on December 6. I recommend focusing inward to themes of courage and personal passion during this period. You may also find yourself revisiting your past behavior and actions and learning how to be more bold and authentic moving forward. Venus enters Aquarius the following day and encourages unconventional connections to help step outside of outdated patterns and our typical âtype.â When Neptune stations direct in Pisces on December 7, the fog should dissolve around our dreams and offer some much-needed clarity.
Mid-month, the Gemini full moon on December 15 highlights the way we are communicating and connecting with our community, while Mercury stations direct in Sagittarius on the same day. This will urge us to put recent reflections into practice. When the Sun moves into pragmatic Capricorn on December 21, ending Sagittarius season and beginning Capricorn season, you may be drawn to setting practical goals and long-term intentions. The grounding energy of the new moon in Capricorn on December 30 will close out both the month and 2024 in a more centered and motivated way.
Before you read your monthly tarotscope, consider how far you’ve come this year. In November the cosmic energies gave us a time of depth, revelation, and renewal. Venus entered Capricorn on November 11 and grounded our romantic and financial pursuits with a dose of practicality. We kicked off October with a new moon solar eclipse. This eclipse was all about recalibrating our relationships and partnerships to make sure that they donât exist at the expense of our relationship to ourselves. September started with two major shifts: Uranus retrograde in Taurus and Pluto retrograde reentering Capricorn. Both set the stage for deep inner reflection and the unraveling of old and outdated structures.
In August, Mercury stationed retrograde in the earthly Virgo. With the planet of communication, technology, and travel in its home sign of Virgo, but with a retrograde period in full swing, this transit might have made things a little complicated. We ended July with Mercury entering Virgo, which helped us to express ourselves more clearly. It was a good time to take advantage of your 15 minutes! We entered June still in the midst of Gemini season, which encouraged us to lean into connection, communication, and thinking more creatively.
May began with a Pluto retrograde period in the eccentric sign of Aquarius. This transit was with us until Pluto, the outermost planet, stationed direct on October 11. It asked us to face our shadows, secrets, and taboos with bravery. We entered April still in the midst of Aries season, which encouraged us to be bold and take risks in order to reach our goals. It was a great time to tap into your confidence and leave uncertainty and insecurity behind you. As March wound down, we ended with a full moon Lunar eclipse in Libra. This major lunation brought undeniable shifts and changes for all zodiac signs, but especially for Libra, Gemini, Aquarius, Cancer, Aries, and Capricorn placements.
As February progressed, we had Venus in conjunction with outer planet Pluto, both in the sign of Aquarius. This brought a big shake-up in our closest relationships and in where we felt like we fit in the world. January was a month full of transformative and passionate transits. We started off January with the sun in calculated and driven Capricorn, encouraging us all to bring our dreams to life through tangible and actionable steps. A week later a new moon arrived in Capricorn, which helped us to plant seeds of intention and finally get clear about who we want to be going forward.
