Bills head coach Sean McDermott calls out NFL after multiple Bills get snubbed from Pro Bowl

The Buffalo Bills are one of, if not the best team in the NFL in a season where many expected them to be in a rebuild. Instead, the Bills are 13-3 with the No. 2 seed in the AFC locked up. However, they only had two players named to the Pro Bowl – quarterback Josh Allen and left tackle Dion Dawkins. Sean McDermott had some thoughts about this when asked about the lack of Bills’ representation.

“I think a lot of our players deserved recognition that they didn’t get,” McDermott said. “We need to use it as motivation moving forward… Sometimes it’s a PR game.. It’s unfortunate.”

Of the most notable snubs was running back James Cook, who leads the NFL in rushing touchdowns. Regardless, the Bills have a bigger goal in mind over the next month – a Super Bowl. And they’ll begin that journey in less than two weeks when the wild card round begins.
