Ablekuma North: We won’t accept any flawed election results – NDC warns EC

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has stated that it will not accept any declaration of the 2024 parliamentary election results for Ablekuma North without proper collation.
This follows a statement by the Electoral Commission’s Deputy Director of Research, indicating that the Commission is preparing to finalize the collation and announce the results.
During the NDC Ablekuma North Parliamentary Election Results Vigil on Sunday, February 9, the Ablekuma North NDC Constituency Organizer, Musah Kalamu, reaffirmed the party’s commitment to resisting any unlawful declaration of results in the constituency.
He further urged party supporters to remain calm and resist any attempts by individuals seeking to disturb the peace in the constituency.
In an interview at the vigil, the NDC Deputy Constituency Secretary for Weija Gbawe, Peter Kabu, emphasized that the party would ensure only the right representatives are sent to Parliament.
He stressed that the NDC would not allow individuals who might disrupt parliamentary proceedings to assume office.
