The 28-year-old penned a four-year deal with Al Ahli after completing a £40million move to the club.
Toney is now on the best scoring run of his senior career after his three strikes against Al Hilal.
It means he has scored in each of his last seven league matches, the most he has ever managed.
READ MORE FOOTBALL NEWSThe run dates back to a brace in a 5-0 win over Al Riyadh in January, with Toney scoring 12 goals during his seven-match streak.
Overall, the England forward has now tallied 19 goals and five assists in 28 appearances across all competitions this season.
His hat-trick on Friday also secured a dramatic away win for Matthias Jaissle’s side.
Toney scored twice in six minutes at the start of the second half to fire the visitors into a two-goal lead.
However, Al Ahli were pegged back late on, with Marcos Leonardo equalising from the penalty spot in the 83rd minute.
His strike proved to be in vain, though, as Toney completed his hat-trick with the winning goal just four minutes later.
