Conor McGregor proves KSI wrong as he declares Dillon Danis is “brother for life”

UFC star, Conor McGregor was caught in the crossfire of the feud between internet sensation, KSI, and Dillon Danis.

On March 29, Dillon Danis makes his second outing in the boxing ring when he takes on influencer boxer, KSI, on Misfits & DAZN X Series 21.

Last time out, Danis took on Logan Paul after an intense feud between them sparked on social media, with the fight ending in an unceremonious disqualification after Danis attempted to wrestle ‘The Maverick’.

KSI is hoping to crush Danis’ plan of fighting Tony Ferguson with their MMA fight scheduled to take place in the new promotion, GFL.

KSI slapped Danis during their first face off, attempting to build hype for their March 29 meeting.

However, someone else who has found themselves in the crossfire of the beef is UFC star, Conor McGregor.

Earlier this week, KSI blasted McGregor in a social media post, claiming that the Irishman doesn’t care about his teammate, Danis.

Danis has been a longtime training partner of McGregor’s, helping him prepare for some of the biggest fights of his career, against the likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov and Nate Diaz.

Despite KSI’s comments regarding Danis’ and McGregor’s friendship, ‘The Notorious’ proved the internet boxer wrong by labeling Danis a ‘brother for life’ in a post on his Instagram story.

In the image McGregor reposted on his story, he, Danis and famous sports star, Cristiano Ronaldo, posed for a photo. The Irishman reposted it with the caption: “Brothers for life!”

Will Conor McGregor return to the UFC?It has now been almost four years since McGregor last competed in the UFC Octagon as fans continue to question whether they will see the former double champion compete again.

Earlier this week, McGregor was praised by Donald Trump of all people, after the American President praised his fighting spirit, along with his notorious tattoos.

Despite that, combat sports fans are seemingly getting restless in regards to McGregor’s potential comeback, as he was booed earlier this week at an event in Ireland.

Although UFC boss, Dana White is trying to keep hopes high amongst the fanbase that he will return this year, McGregor is yet to register a drug test session with the UFC, making his comeback anytime soon, extremely unlikely.
