Ghost Adventures Star’s Wife’s Romantic Texts With Convicted Murderer Revealed

Aaron Goodwin’s estranged wife is taking accountability.

Over a month after the Ghost Adventures star’s wife Victoria Goodwin was arrested March 6 for allegedly trying to hire a hitman to kill him, she has entered a guilty plea, according to Clark County District Court records obtained by People.

Victoria entered a guilty plea April 12, and filed ensuing documents April 15, per records via People. The 49-year-old—who married Aaron in 2022—has pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to commit murder, per Clark County District documents, and faces between two and ten years in prison.

According to the Clark County District documents, she could also be fined $5,000.

E! News has reached out to attorneys for Victoria regarding her plea but has not yet heard back.

The guilty plea from Victoria comes after her arrest revealed she had allegedly been in contact with Grant Amato, a convicted murderer, to arrange to kill her husband.

Victoria allegedly hired Grant for around $11,000 after seeing him in the Paramount+ documentary CTRL + ALT + DESIRE, which detailed his own 2019 plot to steal $200,000 from his family before he killed his mother, father and brother. (Amato was charged with three counts of murder, and is currently serving three consecutive lifelong sentences, without the possibility of parole.)

In a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrest report obtained by E! News last month, Victoria and Grant had allegedly been exchanging romantic texts, in which they discussed “how much they are in love.”

Victoria had also allegedly sent Grant a text saying, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”

Despite her now-guilty plea, Victoria had initially “denied” wanting to have her husband killed, according to the arrest report previously obtained by E! News and claimed she “did not remember” exchanging texts with Grant.

Aaron, meanwhile, filed for divorce from Victoria days after her arrest and shared a post thanking his followers for support amid his “emotionally trying time.”

As he wrote in the March 22 post, “It has really helped a lot and I appreciate you all.”
