The five-time World’s Strongest Man suffered a shock 30-second TKO defeat against Eddie Hall at the PreZero Arena, in Gliwice, Poland, on Saturday night.

Post-fight, Mariusz Pudzianowski immediately began to complain about taking illegal punches to the back of the head, which his 334lb opponent quickly apologized for during a backstage media scrum after his successful MMA debut.

Since then, the 48-year-old has been incessantly posting on social media about his third loss in a row

Just 24 hours later, the 28-fight MMA veteran responded to claims he tapped out to strikes against Hall.

ā€œLet the experts see this,ā€ Pudzianowski captioned cageside footage taken during his latest bout.

ā€œI don’t resent Eddie Hall – The Beast – one bit because there’s excitement in the fight etc. And I’ll invite one or other gentleman who talks about tapping and I’ll give him a backhand four times and ask him if he knows where he is!!! And let the experts see it for themselves.

ā€œEddie did what he did, the first time he stepped into the cage – he won ok he was better!!!. But where was the referee? …………………. 150kg guy was stroking. Hmm till I got on my knees.ā€

What’s next for Mariusz Pudzianowski?Pudzianowski made a MMA retirement admission ahead of his ā€˜World’s Strongest Fight’ with Hall.

ā€œI’m nearing the end of my career, the end of this episode called ā€˜sport’ and, at some point, I will have to start a normal life,ā€ he said.

ā€œI’m certainly going to keep training, but no longer as a professional athlete. We’ll see what happens next.ā€

When Hall suggested they rematch during his post-fight interview, Pudzianowski hinted at retirement again.

ā€œI’m not thinking about the future,ā€ he admitted.

ā€œI turned 48, almost 49. The sport is for young people.

ā€œWhat’s next? I don’t know.ā€
