On the other end, the German champions Bayern Munich have been almost perfect in their performance in the tournament so far; their only defeat came against Benfica in their last league outing. But they bounced back and edged out Flamengo with an impressive 4-2 victory in the round of 16. Harry Kane scored a brace and extended his goal count to 41 across all competitions this season.
