Mega Man, NiGHTS to Join the Roster of Sonic Racing CrossWorlds on PS5, PS4

Image: Push SquareMega Man will embrace his Battle & Chase days when he joins the roster of Sonic Racing CrossWorlds as DLC in the future.

Early copies of the upcoming SEGA racer – which we reviewed this week – include an insert for the Season Pass which references the previously announced guest appearance of Minecraft, Pac-Man, SpongeBob, Avatar, and TMNT.

But on the sheet is also a nod to iconic Capcom platformer Mega Man, confirming the character for the game.

This has been corroborated by several sources now, with fansite Sonic Stadium compiling a lot of the information.

In addition, the back of the box also includes a render of NiGHTS, confirming the classic Sonic Team character for the game as well.

We’ve always been hopeful that SEGA will be able to build out the roster with retro heroes so it’s more in line with the outstanding Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. This certainly indicates the publisher is on that path.
