Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau Enjoy PDA-Filled Yacht Excursion
Katy Perry looks like sheâs living a teenage dream.
Nearly three months after she and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau dined together in Montreal, the pair enjoyed a steamy excursion on the âRoarâ singerâs yacht.
In photos published by The Daily Mail on Oct. 11, Katyâclad in black one-piece suitâwrapped her arms around Justin, who for his part was shirtless and in jeans. The pair kissed in one photo, with Justin cradling Katyâs backside in another.
The PDA-filled outing comes as both Katy, 40, and Justin, 53, are enjoying the single life: Katy and Orlando Bloomâwho share 5-year-old daughter Daisy Dove Bloomâended their engagement, while Justin announced his breakup from wife Sophie GrĂ©goire in August 2023.
Back in July, Katy and the politician ate dinner together at Montrealâs Le Violin amid Katyâs Lifetimes tour stops in Canada. As seen in footage obtained by TMZ, the pair enjoyed cozy conversation while security sat nearby. The restaurantâs chef also came out to greet the pair while they ate.
Two days after their July 28 meal, Justin attended Katyâs tour stop in Montreal. The politician was all smiles as he leaned against the arena railing, taking in the show, as seen in photos shared to social media at the time.
While neither Justin nor Katy have addressed their seemingly burgeoning romance, shortly after they dined together, Orlando reacted to a satirical article shared by The Onion that said he and former German Chancellor Angela Merkel had gone on a date together.

âJust weeks after announcing his split with fiancĂ©e Katy Perry, English actor Orlando Bloom was photographed Friday dining with former German Chancellor Angela Merkel,â the August 1 Instagram post read. ââAngela kept Orlando laughing all nightâhe couldnât keep his eyes off her!â said an insider source who spotted the pair sipping wine, slurping oysters, and splitting a decadent piece of chocolate layer cake at a Michelin-starred restaurant.â
In response to the joke, the Pirates of the Caribbean actorâwho also shares 14-year-old son Flynn with his ex-wife Miranda Kerrâdropped a series of clapping emojis in the comment section.
It should come as no surprise that Orlando was able to make light of the situation. After all, heâs been clear that there are no hard feelings after he and Katy parted ways for good after almost ten years together.

As he told Todayâs Craig Melvin in September of his breakup, âIâm so grateful. Weâve got a beautiful daughter. You know when you leave everything on the field like I did in this movie, I feel grateful for all of it.â
And confirming his and Katyâs relationship remains âgreat,â Orlando added, âItâs nothing but love.â

Days later, when pictures surfaced of Bloom and Selena Gomez in Las Vegas together, Perry shut down infidelity speculation.
As she tweeted at the time, “Instead of giving energy & eyeballs to dumb conspiracy, check out how cool this is,” along with a link to an article about the actor’s charity work. Perry’s message received a stamp of approval from Gomez, who retweeted the post.
