Melvin Spicer IV – QB – Grossmont College (El Cajon, CA)Spicer is a 6’1”, 220-pound quarterback in the 2025 class with a knack for making plays all over the field. He has great touch and will be a very good player. Every major HBCU should be on Spicer IV.
