First PS Plus Extra Game for December 2025 Announced

Rockstar Games has announced a PS5 version of Red Dead Redemption is releasing on 2nd December 2025, and it will also join the PS Plus Extra lineup for that month on the same day. This now gives us the first PS Plus Extra title for next month, with many other PS5, PS4 titles set to join it.

For anyone who already owns the PS4 version, you get a free upgrade to the PS5 edition. On PS5, the game sports “a smooth 60 frames per second experience, enhanced image quality, HDR support, and resolutions up to 4K”. Of course, all of this will be packed into the PS5, PS4 version on PS Plus Extra.
