Alyssa Farah Griffin is trying to shed some of the pounds she’s put on since joining “The View” as a co-host.
While appearing on “The View: Behind the Table” podcast on Thursday, Griffin explained that she wants to be “more dedicated in working out daily” as one of her New Year’s resolutions.
“The show’s weird, like [producer] Robin [Hommel-Tenenbaum] jokes there’s like ‘The View’ 15,” she said. “I did not have ‘The View’ 15, but I had like ‘The View’ 5, and I’m gonna work on shedding ‘The View’ 5.’”
The former White House Director of Strategic Communications added that her other New Year’s resolutions are more “health and wellness” centered and includes goals like cracking down on the social media “doom scrolling” and being “more sustainable.”
Griffin, 34, didn’t go into further detail about her fitness journey, nor has she been posting about it on social media.

Griffin denied that she had a bun in the oven and asked Goldberg why she thought that and begged her, “Please tell me it’s not my tummy.”
Goldberg, 68, claimed that while Griffin did “look” like she was pregnant, it was because she had a “vibe” and a “glow” about her.
