Aristocrat combines Anaxi and NeoGames in interactive restructure
Aristocrat will combine its Anaxi and NeoGames operations into its newly formed Interactive business, the firm revealed in an investor presentation this week.
All prior operations under the Anaxi branding and those comprising Neo Group Ltd (including NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet and Pariplay) will transition to the Aristocrat Interactive brand as of today. A new website for the business will be launched on 1 September.
The company’s various real-money gambling (RMG) offerings will sit under the new Interactive umbrella, including its casino gaming systems offering catered to land-based casinos. This will be led by Neil Crossan.
Ilottery will be led by Chris Shaban, content and aggregation by Adrien Bailey, igaming and sports by Dima Reiderman and the white-label product by Jonathan Chilton, the company confirmed.
Each department head will fall within the role of managing director.
The interactive business will seek to create “the new frontier of connected experiences”, Aristocrat said in a statement on 26 June.
“With our integration of world-class content, cutting-edge technology and service offerings, we are focused on offering a new standard of excellence for our valued customers,” Aristocrat CEO Moti Malul said.
“We are excited to unite our global teams and deliver innovative solutions that will delight players and empower operators around the world.”
“The business is proud to be a leader in technology solutions for online RMG with a full-service offering including an extensive catalog of gaming content, proprietary technology platforms and gaming systems, ilottery and gaming systems solutions,” the firm concluded.
