Premier League giants Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City are all reportedly in the race to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City are all reportedly all in contention to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich.
The 29-year-old has spent the majority of his career with Bayern after joining the club from Stuttgart in the summer of 2015.

Kimmich has enjoyed significant success in his nine-year stay in Bavaria, helping the club win eight Bundesliga titles, three DFB-Pokal trophies, six German Super Cups, a Champions League, a UEFA Super Cup and a Club World Cup.

The Germany international has continued to be an important figure in the Bayern side this season, featuring in 31 matches across all competitions.

While he may be one of the first names on the teamsheet, Kimmich’s long-term future at the Allianz Arena is shrouded in uncertainty due to his contract situation.

Kimmich’s current deal runs until June 2025, and he has yet to reach an agreement over signing a new contract with the record German champions.

Bayern board member Max Eberl recently admitted the player’s future is likely to depend on the new manager, with Thomas Tuchel set to leave his role as head coach at the end of the season.

Kimmich is believed to be open to the prospect of a fresh challenge and is reportedly attracting interest from a number of top European clubs.

According to journalist Florian Plettenburg, Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City are among the five clubs that Kimmich would be open to joining in the summer.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are also considered viable destinations for Kimmich, who has allegedly had contact with some of the five teams.

However, the German is said to have closed the door on potential transfers to Manchester United, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.

The update claims that Bayern are willing to listen to offers, with Kimmich set to enter the final 12 months of his contract this summer.

There have also been no concrete discussions between Bayern and Kimmich over extending his stay at the Allianz Arena.

The versatile player is currently with the Germany squad preparing for upcoming friendlies against France and the Netherlands.
