As Dru And Diana Are On The Run, Tariq Is On The Hunt In ‘Ghost’ Episode 4 Teaser: Watch

STARZ is definitely keeping up the momentum for the fourth and final season of Power Book II: Ghost.

As viewers were left with Dru and Diana (Lovell Adams-Gray and LaToya Tonodeo) not knowing their fate after being exposed for attempting to set up their own mother (Monet Tejada), Cane (Woody McClain) found a new love interest in Noma (Caroline Chakezie) and Tariq (Michael Rainney Jr.) set out on the hunt for a new connect.

In this exclusive preview from episode four of Ghost, things get intense as Monet (Mary J. Blige) confronts her only daughter and youngest son after learning unsettling information that shows them to betray her. Busting through a hotel door where Dru and Diana are hiding out, Monet wants answers — gun-toting and all.

“We are sorry. We didn’t mean to do it,” Diana begins before her Queen Pin of a mother interrupts her explanation.

“I raised you. I taught you the f**king game. Because of me you have every fu**king thing. I’m your f**king mother,” Monet scolds while also sounding heartbroken.

Unfazed and clearly desensitized, Dru asks, “Do you really think you deserve our respect?”

The last season left off with Monet distraught over the death of her destined-for-success son, Zeke, and Dru and Diana failing to avenge the death of their father, Lorenzo, who was killed by their mother. Caught in a whirlwind of uncertainty and lies on all ends, all backs ultimately turned on Tariq, who escaped a near-death shootout with his wingman Brayden (Gianni Paolo).

In this season’s premiere, Monét is staring death in its eyes as she almost succumbs to her gun shot wounds. Her cousin Janet (Golden Brooks) rushes to her side to nurse her back to health and also remind her of who she was before the days of hustling drugs and murderous crimes. As the suspense builds, the question “Who who make it out alive?” remains, as almost every character now has a target on their back.

Episode four of Power Book II: Ghost‘s final season premieres on Friday (June 28) at midnight ET on the STARZ app and at 8PM ET/PT on linear. See the sneak peak above and season trailer below.
