What’s Ascendant?
After sleeping for a thousand years, you wake up in a bio-punk world. It’s been through a big disaster called the Cascade, and everything’s messed up. But some things from the old days, like bright clothes and cool music, are still around. But there’s a problem. Huge turtle-like creatures that spit poison are also here because of experiments mixing living things with machines. For this reason, you have awesome bio-punk weapons and gadgets to use to fight mutant creatures and other people trying to survive.
Ascendant is a video game where you play with a team and it’s all about shooting and tactics. It’s not for the faint-hearted! Every time you play, it’s a new adventure with lots of exciting battles. You’re in a crazy world where danger lurks everywhere, and you have got to fight hard to win these special things called biocores for your team. But it’s not just about winning; it’s also about making sure you stay safe.
The game keeps changing, so you have to be quick to adjust your strategy. The map where you play is always moving, and unexpected things happen during the game. There are different ways to play and lots of different guns to use, so you have got to work together with your team to survive. If you can’t keep up with the changes, you will be in trouble. You have got to be ready to change your plans or you won’t make it.
