Austin’s Q2 Stadium to host 2025 MLS All-Star Game
The 2025 MLS All-Star Game will be headed to Austin, Texas.
Q2 Stadium is set to host the annual summer showdown, MLS announced Wednesday. It will be the first time that Austin will host the All-Star Game in league history.
“We are thrilled to bring the 2025 MLS All-Star Game to Austin, a market known for its rich cultural and entertainment scene and world-class events,” said MLS Commissioner Don Garber. “Austin has quickly become one of the top soccer markets in our country, selling out 60 consecutive Austin FC matches and hosting many marquee soccer events the past three years. We look forward to working alongside the entire Austin FC staff and local leaders to deliver an unforgettable and exciting MLS All-Star Week for everyone.”
Austin FC began MLS play in 2021 and Q2 Stadium has hosted ample competitions and events since its debut. Both the U.S. men’s and women’s national teams have played matches at Q2 Stadium while competitions such as the CONCACAF Gold Cup and World Cup Qualifying have also featured there.
The date and opponent for the 2025 MLS All-Star Game will be announced at a later time.
The 2023 MLS All-Star Game was held at Audi Field in Washington, D.C. and featured a 5-0 win for English Premier League side Arsenal over the MLS’ best.
