Here is our Backpack Battles Melee Weapons Tier List with the weapons each ranked from Tier D to Tier S based on how good they are for Ranked matches.

Backpack Battles is a game created by PlayWithFurcifer that was finally released on March 8, 2024. It is a strategy-based inventory management auto battler game where damaging your enemy is the core feature, one of the most important items are the Weapons. The only type of weapon available in the game is Melee Weapons. Thus, here is our Backpack Battles Melee Weapons Tier List where each weapon is ranked from Tier D to Tier S based on how effective they are for Ranked matches.

Backpack Battles Melee Weapons Tier List
At present, there are 35 Melee Weapons in the game that you can get for your inventory. Some of them are too good to be true while others are…pure trash. Thus, here is our Backpack Battles Melee Weapons Tier List with all 35 of the weapons. 

S Tier 

Here are all of the Melee Weapons from Backpack Battles which are ranked in Tier S: 

Crossblades: On hit, you gain +1 damage and trigger 3% faster, this effect stacks with each hit. At the start of the battle, the Star Weapons gain +10 damage while the Diamond items trigger 60% faster.

Impractically Large Greatsword: While you have at least 5 Empower, decrease your stamina usage to 3 and hit cooldown to 3s.

Fancy Fencing Rapier: On hit, use 3 Luck to get 3 damage. When missing, gain 3 Luck.

Bloodthorne: On hit, use 1 Regeneration to gain 1 Vampirism and Spike. Deal +1 damage per Spike and Vampirism.

Hammer: On hit, you have a 50% chance of stunning your opponent for 5 seconds.

Claws of Attack: With this weapon, attack 5% faster for every Spike. After 4 hits, gain 1 Empower.

Spectral Dagger: On hit, you use 1 Mana to attack your opponent’s health directly and deal +7 damage. On stun, trigger extra attacks.

Ripsaw Blade: On hit, you remove 2 Spike and 2 Regeneration from your opponent’s buff stacks.

Critwood Staff: On hit, you use 4 Mana to deal +7 damage and for the next 1 second, all your hits are Critical.

Lightsaber: On hit, you use 3 Regeneration to inflict 7 Blind for 5 seconds, which is unstackable. You also deal +1 damage per Blind stack inflicted on your opponent.

Staff of Unhealing: After starting the battle, every 2 seconds, heal 11 HP. Use 6 Mana and healing then does damage to the opponent.

A Tier 

Here are all of the Melee Weapons from Backpack Battles which are ranked in Tier A: 

Hero Longsword: At the start of the battle, Star Weapons gain +4 damage.

Belladonna’s Whisperer: Every 9 damage a Star Weapon deals, the next hit with this weapon inflicts +1 Poison. For each Poison, deal +0.5 damage to your opponent.

Tusk Piercer:  At the start of the battle, gain 2 Spike. When a Star Weapon hits, use 1 Spike and the next hit with this weapon, you deal +8 damage.

Fortuna’s Grace: At the start of the battle, gain 2 Luck. When a Star Weapon does a Critical Hit, the next hit with this weapon, you hit twice.

Magic Torch: On hit, use 1 Mana and this with all Star Weapons gain +1 damage.

Falcon Blade: On hit, you attack twice. At the start of the battle, Star Weapons trigger 30% faster.

Death Scythe: Star Weapons inflict +100% Poison on your opponent. When the opponent reaches 35 Poison debuff stacks, gain a 50% critical hit chance.

Dark Saber: On hit, use 1 Mana and inflict 1 Blind. Deal +0.5 damage per debuff stack on your opponent.

Holy Spear: On hit, destroy 6 Block of your opponent and cleanse 1 debuff for each free Star slot or Holy item in front of it. Using 25 Mana, you become invulnerable and attack 100% for 3 seconds and you only do this once.

B Tier

Here are all of the Melee Weapons from Backpack Battles which are ranked in Tier B: 

Hungry Blade: At the start of the battle, gain 1 Vampirism. On hit, use 1 Regeneration to gain 1 Vampirism. Your maximum damage is increased by 1 per Vampirism.

Thorn Whip: On hit, gain 1 Spike. Deal +1 damage per Spike.

Magic Staff: On hit, use 3 Mana to deal +6 damage and increase damage by 2 till the end of the battle.

Bloody Dagger: On hit, gain 1 Vampirism (stackable up to 5). Heal 4 HP per Star Vampiric item and on stun, trigger extra attacks.

Pandamonium: Any Star Food activates, inflict 1 Poison.

Cursed Dagger: On hit, inflict 2 random debuffs and on stun, trigger extra attacks. This and all Star items have +1% accuracy and crit chance per debuff of your opponent.

Blood Harvester: Star items give +100% Vampirism. Attacks get 5% faster for every Vampirism.

Manathirst: On hit, gain 1 Mana. For 20 Mana gained, steal 10 life from your opponent, increased by 1 for each Vampirism.

Eggscalibur: On hit, use 12 Mana to trigger all Star Food. Deal +1 damage for every Star Food item. 

C Tier 

Here are all of the Melee Weapons from Backpack Battles which are ranked in Tier C: 

Shovel: On hit, gain 40% chance to inflict 1 Blind. When you enter the Shop, dig up a random item.

Burning Torch: On hit, gain 35% chance to gain 1 damage. If you have at least 15 Heat, gain 2 damage instead. At the start of the battle, gain 2 Heat.

Bow and Arrow: When a Star Weapons hits, gain +1 damage (stackable up to 7).

Hero Sword: At the start of the battle, Star Weapons gain 2 Damage.

Poison Dagger: On hit, inflict 2 Poison. On stun, trigger extra attacks. 

D Tier 

Here are all of the Melee Weapons from Backpack Battles which are ranked in Tier D: 

Villain Sword: Star Melee Weapons deal -2 damage. Deals +4 damage per Star Melee Weapon.

Wooden Sword: Deal 1.4 damage every second with a cooldown of 1.4 seconds.

Broom: On hit, gain 35% chance to inflict 1 Blind. When an opponent misses an attack, gain +2 damage for next attack.

Pan: Deal +1 Damage for each Star Food item.

Torch: On hit, gain 25% chance to gain 1 damage.

Dagger: On stun, trigger extra attacks.

Spear: On hit, destroy 4 Block for each empty Star slot in front of it.
