Bethesda Officially Announces Oblivion Remastered, Full Reveal Coming Tomorrow

Well folks, the day has finally arrived. After what feels like an eternity being stuck in actual oblivion, Bethesda has officially acknowledged its upcoming remaster of The Elder Scrolls IV . Yep, we have a YouTube countdown to the first official trailer for Oblivion Remastered – and it arrives tomorrow, April 22nd.

Of course, we’ll throw that YouTube link up above so you can see it in all it’s glory – but there’s not much to look at just yet beyond some lovely key art. The team says that “all will be revealed…” at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm BST on April 22 when the trailer goes live.

If you’ve been living under a rock over the last few months, Oblivion Remastered is one of the most heavily-rumoured games we can remember covering in quite some time. Just earlier today, the game’s PC file size was leaked via Steam – and it feels like we’ve been hearing about this game for pretty much all of 2025 so far.

Anyway, rumours will turn into proper official news from tomorrow, when Xbox and Bethesda are finally set to announce The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered.
