Buccaneers HC Todd Bowles has shocking admission after Jayden Daniels posts absurd stat: ‘He has no conscious’

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers just needed to hold Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders in the final two minutes of Sunday night’s game.

The Bucs offense matched Washington’s all night long, and the two teams traded blows from the opening whistle until the final game-sealing field goal.

With  4:41 left in the game, the game was tied 20-20 and Washington’s rookie QB looked poised and calm, something Commanders fans have come to expect in critical situations. With a combination of a few clutch passes, and a massive third down he picked up with his legs, Daniels and Washington’s offense never gave the Bucs another chance.

They churned the clock down to three seconds remaining and brought out kicker Zane Gonzalez, who connected on a field goal that bounced off the upright and over the crossbar, giving Washington its first playoff win since 2005.

The victory marked yet another milestone for Daniels, who now has orchestrated five comeback wins and has gone 40-of-59 for 551 yards, six touchdowns, two interceptions and a QB rating of 117.3 when tied or down in the fourth quarter or overtime.

He has more games in his career where his team has zero punts, zero turnovers than the combined careers of Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Peyton Manning and Patrick Mahomes.

And on Sunday night, the Commanders QB became the first rookie to throw for two passing touchdowns and no interceptions on the road in the playoffs.

Daniels wrapped up the playoff win over the Buccaneers 24-of-35 for 268 yards and two touchdowns through the air, while adding another 13 rushes for 36 yards.

He was two-for-two on the critical third downs on the final game-winning drive.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles didn’t hold back giving his praise for Washington’s rookie sensation after the loss to the Commanders on Sunday.

“He’s done it all year,” Bowles said. “He has no conscience. I’m not surprised because we’ve seen him do it all year.”

It’s clear the Bucs front man recognizes Daniels is one of the emerging elite QBs in the NFL, and despite his team’s best effort, Tampa couldn’t find a way to outlast the rookie and Washington on Sunday night.
