Buem Chief declares confidence in Bawumiaʼs presidential prospects

The Twafohene of the Buem Traditional Area, Nana Osabarima Antwi Agyei V, has expressed unwavering confidence in the Vice President and Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, predicting his imminent election as Ghana’s next president.

During a visit to Buem in the Biakoye Constituency of the Oti Region, the Chief lauded Dr Bawumia’s leadership qualities, humility, and incorruptible nature, declaring that his next visit to the area would be as President of the Republic.

Nana Osabarima Antwi Agyei V extolled Dr Bawumia’s unique standing as a Vice President, praising his widespread popularity and the integrity that has characterised his political career.

The Chief noted the Vice President’s impactful policies and clear campaign message, urging him to maintain his respectful and solution-focused approach as the election campaign draws to a close.

The Chief highlighted the importance of good leadership, arming the traditional area’s backing for Dr Bawumia’s presidential bid.

He assured the Vice President of the community’s support and emphasised their collective belief in his ability to lead Ghana towards inclusive development and transformation.

He reiterated his dedication to implementing policies aimed at ensuring equitable development across the country if given the mandate to lead.
