WNBA rookies Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark have officially proven they can compete against Olympians.

Reese posted a double-double, while Clark led Team WNBA with 10 assists, during a 117-109 victory over the USA Basketball Women’s National Team during the WNBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, Arizona.

Here’s a look at the top plays from Reese and Clark on Saturday night.

First quarter

Reese grabbed an offensive rebound and scored for her first points of the night in the final seconds of the quarter:

Third quarter

Clark dished out passes on her way to breaking the rookie record for most assists made in an All-Star Game:

Fourth quarter

Clark marked her 10th assist of the night while feeding Reese for a layup to stretch Team WNBA’s lead to nine points in the fourth quarter:

Reese finished off her double-double with a layup to maintain Team WNBA’s lead in the final minutes:

It was a memorable night for fans, for more reasons than the final score. Reese traded her shoes to a young fan in exchange for candy:

Reese finished the night with 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting. She added 11 rebounds as the first rookie in WNBA history to record an All-Star Game double-double, per StatMamba. Clark meanwhile contributed four points on 2-for-9 shooting while racking up 10 assists in the win.
