Teams have up to a day before the beginning of Euro 2024 to replace any injured or ill squad members with an alternative.
However, as soon as the tournament begins, no changes can be made.

So a team could lose three or four players to injury at the start of the Euros, and they wouldn’t be able to replace them.
Each nation has submitted a provisional squad with 55 names on it while the preliminary squads for Euro 2024 will be confirmed on Tuesday, May 21.
The deadline for the final 26-man squads for the Euros is then on Friday, June 7.
And any replacement or squad member for the actual tournament must be on that list.
