Carabao Cup quarter-final draw details released – Plus here is full last 16 match schedule

Details of the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw have now been released (see below).

It will take place after the conclusion of the Tottenham v Man City match on Wednesday night.

That game kicks off at 8.15pm on Wednesday, half an hour later than Newcastle v Chelsea at St James’ Park.

Here’s hoping we have an active interest in that Carabao Cup quarter-final draw…

Wednesday night will see Newcastle’s match go straight to penalties if scores are level after 90 minutes, no extra-time will be played.

For those not at St James’ Park, the 7.45pm kick-off on Wednesday 30 October will be shown on Sky Sports+.

Official EFL announcement on Carabao Cup quarter-final draw details – 28 October 2024

‘The Quarter-Final draw of the Carabao Cup will take place live on Sky Sports following the conclusion of Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City on Wednesday 30 October.

Sky Sports’ Carabao Cup presenter Mark Chapman will host the draw alongside former England and Liverpool midfielder, Jamie Redknapp and former England and Manchester City forward, Izzy Christiansen.

Ball numbers for the Draw will be finalised on the morning of Wednesday 30 October.

Quarter-Final ties will take place week commencing 17 December.’
