
‘Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan’ Unveils Additional Cast, Theme Songs, First Promo for Fall 2025
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kyousuke Nishiki’s Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan (Vampires chan Can’t Suck Properly) manga revealed additional cast, theme songs, and first promotional video on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX, Kansai TV, BS Asahi, and AT-X in October 2025.
Mao Ichimichi (Horimiya) and Ikumi Hasegawa (Mayonaka Punch) are joining the cast as Eiko Sakuma and Misa Kusunoki, respectively.
Japanese music group Hâ–³G is performing the opening theme “Seishun no Silhouette” as well as the ending theme “Senkou Hanabi” with Minami Tanaka as her character. The opening theme is previewed in the promotional video below.
Sayaka Yamai (Dungeon no Naka no Hito) is directing the anime at animation studio feel. Yuniko Ayana (Katsute Mahou Shoujo to Aku wa Tekitai shiteita.) is handling the series composition. Takuya Tani (Kaii to Otome to Kamikakushi) is designing the characters and Tomoki Kikuya (Bocchi the Rock!) is composing the music.
Nishiki began serializing the supernatural comedy manga in May 2021 on the Dragon Age magazine. Fujimi Shobo published the eighth volume on April 9.
Yen Press licensed the manga in English on February 7 and shipped the first volume on July 22, with the second volume planned for a January 2026 release. Kadokawa is releasing the manga digitally in English on its Global BookWalker store.
