Commonly known as the “Barbie Doll Challenge,” the online craze involves people using ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate images of what they would look like if they were a plastic doll—complete with outfits and accessories all fitted within a blister pack.

Take Robert Irwin, whose recent steamy campaign for the Australian underwear Bonds got the #AIBarbie treatment. As seen in an AI-generated image shared by the fashion brand April 9, the 21-year-old son of Steve Irwin’s fake action figure includes the snake and the spider featured in his ads.

Meanwhile, British politician Dawn Butler debuted her AI-generated doll with accessories befitting of a member of parliament, including a mini Union Jack flag.
